Next Act's Producing Artistic Director began as an actor, then started directing, and through necessity picked up management. This is a typical pattern for small theatre companies.

Next Act Theatre addresses today’s challenges, offering different perspectives and promoting engagement with the world in which we live. It’s active entertainment that generates ideas and conversation long after the show is over.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one 152-seat theatre in the Walker's Point neighborhood, which we opened in fall 2012. We have no plans to expand at this time.

A non-profit is not technically owned. David A. Cecsarini serves as our Producing Artistic Director.
What are your hours of operation?
The Administrative Office is open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. The Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, 12 pm to 5 pm, and two hours prior to every performance.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I kept thinking about the play.
